I also enjoy the nude color I wish it didn't have prints on it but I do prefer the skin tone. Its easy to cut and shap. Great support. Wears down on edges after about 3 hours. But hold true for about 7

**Q: Does this tape contain titanium?**
A: OK Tape are made by 97% cotton + 3% spandex, also it don't have any titanium in the glue.  Hope this answer will help you.

**Q: does the tape help with pain arithritic knees?**
A: Knee taping is a popular treatment option for people experiencing knee osteoarthritis. Therapeutic knee taping has been shown to reduce the pain and disability associated with knee osteoarthritis.

**Q: Is this tape non-elastic?**
A: This is a elastic tape, cotton fabric mix with spandex. If you are going for non-elastic, my suggestion is go for rigid sport tape.  Have a nice day.

**Q: What is the difference between Pro and Original versions?**
A: I have been told that, in general, PRO kinesio tape has stronger adhesive to hold better/longer.  I have not tried "original", but the PRO stays in place for me for at least 5 days.
