Outer fabric weight is similar to a heavy workshirt or a denim shirt. Pretty much holds its shape when taken off. Not really breathable with the 2 layers, so don't expect cooling action if that's what you're looking for. Overall a great looking/fitting light-medium weight cap.

Nice cap! Mine is a 7.5 size and perfect fit for my 7.5 head, so I don't understand others "loose" comments. Maybe measure your head and order the correct size! Duh.
