And you should make sure you get the light strip connected to the eFamilyCloud app first, and then you can use the 24 Key remote to control the light strip, thank you! Once you take out the 24 Key Remote from the small package, please take a look at the bottom, there is a small piece of transparent chip (is used to avoid electricity for safe shipment), you need to pull it out first and also make sure you get the light strip connected to eFamilyCloud App, once you make sure the above steps are correct, then you are able to use the 24 Key remote to control the smart light strip, thank you!
