Not surprising since it’s a Lodge! Used it to bake scones and oh my, the crust was perfectly crisp all around and evenly baked since cast iron is a great conductor of heat. It also did not stick! Size is perfect for individual servings and it is very easy to clean. After rinsing with water to remove any remaining crumbs, I season it again with an ever so slight layer of oil and it’s ready to use again.
