I use rechargeable batteries at home because you can recharge them over 1000 times (and they last a very long time so rarely ever need to recharge, I use rechargeable batteries in all my devices if there’s a battery option) I rarely buy devices that have a battery built inside anymore, mainly because if that “permanent” internal battery dies….you're screwed unless you're tech-hardware savvy and want to spend the time sourcing the exact battery and replacing it yourself.
