What's going on?** A: Hi there: The spinner that makes the sound, is on an adjustable axis. I opened my whistle up and placed a very light small drop of watch oil on the spindle. I backed the axel spindle adjustment screw out, turn to the left, just a tad. Put it back into the silver part and give it a try. Remember, just a small amount of oil or adjustments.
