This is a good formula I feel. I love that it's got Hawthorne in it because it really works well for me. It also has garlic which is a great remedy on it's own. It came well labeled and sealed. I used the entire bottle in conjunction with my BP meds. Didn't really notice any difference. each person is different so I guess maybe they had no eect on me. My BP didn't drop any lower.
