A: You need to pull out the pin on the side until you hear a click. Then you just wind it until you get to the correct time and the. Push the pin back in until it clicks.

**Q: says rubber strap in description but has a textile strap in the  image . is  the strap  rubber or textile ?**
A: The strap is textile strap. I bought it for my 2 year old boy and is quiet a big fit ...the Velcro strap only attaches to a certain point

A: No! Nor a 12 year old, didn’t last 5 minutes. Very flimsy
