First of you can't use Bluetooth or volume controls on the headset if you're charging it. If it's charging you have to use the headphone jack. #2. Battery life isn't great. #3 after two days of use there's a constant crackle or static that sounds like a "waterlogged ear" or "wind blowing into a microphone" in the left headset. It's random and comes and goes when noise cancelling is on. It's so bad you have to turn ANC off which makes these pointless. #4, they're rickety. If you move around all you hear is the plastic creaking in the headset and the band on top. Simply smiling makes them creak loudlyThe ANC is on par with low end ANC headsets. Not bad but not great.. But again the issues with the left headset makes it useless. Bass drops out using ANC. It's stronger with it off but you do get echo from ambient sounds with it off.
