I did purchase a different sound box, since i wanted to record an entire song longer than 30 seconds. The sound box that is included is a midgrade quality- fairly scratchy. The pocket for the sound box is in the plush's back, and was big enough to accommodate a larger sound box. I'm not a huge fan of the slit/Velcro being on its back instead of its belly, but the Velcro works well and blends fairly seamlessly. Since i don't intend to be opening him up all the time, it should be a non issue. My son has mixed feelings about it. Some days he loves the song and sings along, and sometimes he insists that it not sing. ### ⭐ Not as advertised. She was in a coma for a month and a half and they gave her chances are slim to none. She started waking up though. I got this. My son and I could record a cute little message for her to try to keep her spirits up. All throughout the description for this it talks about a 20-second recording. There is no recorder at all! This is not what is described. I would highly recommend going for the ones that are a little more expensive that way you know exactly what you're getting.... ### ⭐⭐ Only 10 second recording *by T***W on Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2018* I bought this with the belief that the recording was going to be at least 20 seconds, per a question answerd from the seller. I'm very disappointed that it's only 10 seconds I had an 18 second recording, and now I can only record a bit over half of that. I bought 2 of these. Although I'm disappointed, I'm going to keep them because I can still use Them for guess or something. The quality is great.
