Review: Stretch it out to get rid of the hard little knots - This belt is a bit more difficult to put on on your own but once on it is quite comfortable. The caveat on that is you have to make sure you stretch it out width ways to get rid of the hard little nubs of plastic that had bunched. Now that is done it's pretty good, escpaially when it's hot as it breathes quite well

This belt is a bit more difficult to put on on your own but once on it is quite comfortable. The caveat on that is you have to make sure you stretch it out width ways to get rid of the hard little nubs of plastic that had bunched. Now that is done it's pretty good, escpaially when it's hot as it breathes quite well
