The absorption easily handled two 'wee's and/or one wee and a poo (I'm being delicate here, play along please!) with NO leakage! There is no smell to the product, so it is discreet. I have not noticed any skin irritation. Five stars, no complaints. Always Discreet Boutique is excellent in terms of absorption and preventing leakage (daytime use). However, I would recommend sizing up, as the Medium is smaller than the Depend Medium, above. They easily handle either one 'wee' and/or 'poo' with no leakage. They do have a "feminine product" scent, though it is not overpowering. For a couple hours, you will catch whiffs of this distinctive scent. No skin irritation that I've noticed.
