It took me about 90 minutes to assemble. I took my time, reviewed the on-line assembly video, inventoried the parts, and staged the panels. All parts arrived and WERMO provided EXTRA parts in the event needed. Once everything was staged I had zero issues with the assembly. My wife was on standby to help with a couple of steps best served with two people (3 minutes). I encourage you to follow the instructions closely which are not complicated and include a QR code taking you to the assembly video if needed for additional support. I also recommend being diligent about not over-tightening the screws and ensuring the steel leg brackets are properly installed (there is only one correct way to install them!). I used no power tools. The end result is we are extremely satisfied with the value (assembly, cost, quality, aesthetics). We probably saved $1,000 as compared to other pieces we were considering.
