When I run I have a tendency to land on the back part of my foot which stresses my Achilles and gives me Achilles tendinitis. Before I found these the pain had gotten so bad that I thought I might have to give up running completely which would have definitely affected me mentally since I love it so much! These inserts are super durable, they feel very stable under your feet, and most importantly they stay in place without any sliding around. These inserts have completely eliminated my Achilles tendinitis because they lift my heel up which completely removes any strain on my Achilles and with my heel lifted it also tilts me slightly forward which makes me land more on the front part of my foot when I am running instead of on my heel. These have been absolutely heaven sent! Review: Relieved my ankle pain immediately - I walk about 5 miles a day in a city. I wear high quality sneakers. My ankle had begun hurting / burning unexpectedly and I was to take a hiking vacation in the Adirondacks (NY) in the next week. I could not get in to see the doc, so I ordered these inserts hoping they would relieve the pain. They certainly did. Once fitted inside my sneakers I had no more pain. For my hiking trip, I moved them to my hiking shoes. Perfect. Easy to move between shoes, but I will probably purchase 2 more for my hiking shoes and alternative sneakers. Great price. Great product. ## Features - Heel Pain Saver: Skyfoot heel cushions are designed for people who suffer from discomfort in their heels and want extra cushioning. I’ve been suffering with Achilles tendinitis and calf cramping for the past 8 months . I’ve had to stop walking but continued with spinning classes at a much slower pace . I’ve tried a bunch of different insoles and nothing helped. I was just about to make an appointment with a orthopedic doctor when I saw these on line and decided to give these a try. I started walking in small increments daily. They felt great, so I increased my distance daily. I’m happy to say I’m back to walking 30 miles a week. . The thickness is perfect . They stay in place and the fit is great. These insoles have saved my quality of life . Thank you . ## Frequently Bought Together - Skyfoot Heel Cups for Achilles Tendonitis, Bone Spurs, Orthotic Inserts for Tendon Support, Cushions for Pain Relief - Women and Men (Large) - ProFoot Achilles Tendonitis Men's Orthotic Heel Cup, 1 ea - PhysFlex Compression Socks for Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis Relief - (1 Pair) Ankle Compression Sleeve for Heel Spurs, Foot Swelling & Fatigue - Arch Support Brace for Everyday Use --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/596608591-skyfoot-heel-cups-for-achilles-tendonitis-heel-bone-spurs-orthotic](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/596608591-skyfoot-heel-cups-for-achilles-tendonitis-heel-bone-spurs-orthotic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
