I've been using this oil for my entire three year natural journey, and my hair loves it. I have 3C(the outer most circumference of my head) 4A(the center circumference of my head) 4B(the crown) hair, and I use this in my weekly deep conditioners. I used to apply it in an oil mixture, and found it to be too thick for the different textures I possess. However, when adding it to your deep conditioner, you can completely eliminate the smell. The smell doesn't bother me at all, seeing as we grew up using hair grease, but I can understand others being affected. I use a combination of various Herbal Essence conditioners, and they work well at masking the scent. My suggestion for those wanting to try this very beneficial oil (strengthens hair at the root, stimulates hair growth, and restores dark pigmentation to gray hair) but not wanting to battle the scent, is to mix this with your floral scented products. You only need a capful of this oil in your mix to do the trick.
