The taste (amla is known to be really BAD), was easy to cover up with certain juices and was quite acceptable. Smooth and easy to drink. The powder is a nice consistency; sort of soft, no gritty or sandy feeling. Why am I surprised about these traits of this product? Because embarrassingly, I tolerated the WORST amla powder that Amazon sells for 10 months, claiming to be organic and easy to mix. Tasted like sour dirt and took about an hour to dissolve in liquid that had to just sit on the counter with juice in it. That's when it would sort of mix/blend. I thought that all amla powder was like this and I would have to just suck it up to get the benefit. So wrong and wish I coulda sent the bad one back.
