I have been looking for windchimes, that produce a beautiful sound, robust and weatherproofed so that I can use & enjoy whilst in my garden by the sea,for a very long time. The chimes I have previously experienced become very annoying as they seem to clink together and just make an awful lot of noise so they were not relaxing or pleasant to hear then I came across this range... Whilst this is not an inexpensive range I highly recommend them. Not only do they sound beautiful they look stunning I have three; earth, Pluto and cannon pacabel and they compliment one another as advertised for the encore range. I highly recommend, go on treat yourself you won't be disappointed.

The end hanger part would have been better if it had a hook to hang the chime. Because the chimes are large its hard to find something long enough to hang them on without interruption. **Q: Did anyone have problems with rusting or pitting?**
A: I gave this to a friend over a year ago.  They have been through snow and rain.  So far, there has been no pitting or  rusting.

**Q: Are these tuned to the key of C?**
A: Hi Libby 58 - Our Chimes of Earth is tuned to a lovely g minor pentatonic scale. I hope this helps!

**Q: Do they do any engraving?  I want to give this as a memorial gift to a friend whose son has passed away.**

I bought this set of wind chimes of Earth from the encore collection in the hope that they would compliment the Corinthian set of wind chimes that I purchased? Well by jove they certainly do that’s for sure! On their own they still sound gorgeous, and would have no problem in recommending these to anyone who enjoys the sounds of wind chimes, you won’t be disappointed in this set!
