The quality is fantastic — it’s thick, strong, and tightly woven, with a lovely natural look and feel. I bought it mainly to repair my cat’s scratching post, and it worked perfectly! The cats love it, and it’s holding up brilliantly even with daily scratching. The 50m length is generous — I had plenty left over for other projects around the house and garden. It’s great for bundling plants, decorating, crafts, or general DIY work. The rope has just the right amount of flexibility while still being sturdy, and it gives off that nice rustic, natural scent typical of real jute.Excellent value for money, and it arrived neatly coiled and easy to work with.If you’re looking for a durable, eco-friendly rope for pet, garden, or home use — this one’s perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality jute rope that our kitten will scratch *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 March 2025* We bought a brand new large cat scratcher but when we got it our kitten wouldn't use it. When I looked closely it was covered in nasty sharp sisal rope so I wasn't surprised he wouldn't touch it. Since I had a glue gun, I decided to replace the rope with this. Wow, what a difference. This has no nasty course strands and is great for sinking his claws into. Bits were falling off into his eyes with the previous sisal but this doesn't suffer from that issue. I would highly recommend if you need to replace worn sisal or a new post is covered in nasty sisal. Good value for money - there are others more pricey but exactly the same quality - I initially bought a more expensive one. I needed two rolls for this very fat tall scratcher. Very happy with the finished result - pic attached. Has saved our furniture from his claws! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 April 2025* Well made and tightly woven. Good quality. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/597231075-aselected-6mm-rope-50m-jute-rope-sisal-ropes-for-cat](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/597231075-aselected-6mm-rope-50m-jute-rope-sisal-ropes-for-cat) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
