I had resigned myself to experiencing the fish burps when taking fish oil pills. I came across these when doing some research on the best fish oil. All that aside, I can't really say I notice the benefits from taking these, but I'm also not certain that would ever be the case regardless (unless maybe you're extremely difficient in something).
