The old connection wasn't good and had a lot of static but these new ones worked like a charm. Pretty limited use and you don't need these much anymore but I'm glad I was able to get it. Much to my dismay, TVs of today are much more advanced than yester year. Fortunately I read some reviews and they stated this Gizmo thingamajig would work instead of wiring it to the antenna prongs that no longer exist and it did perfectly with no problems.
