I have a Model 4000 and I don't have any issues at all. I absolutely love mine. **Q: Which cut off wheels can be used to trim off the excess of a 1/4 bolt??** A: I do not think any of them will work....these accessory kit is filled with very cheap tools. I now go to Home Depot and go to the dremel section. Much more reliable. **Q: Do all the cases have those same cheap plastic tips that hold the tools in. I ordered the 327 piece set and several of the plastic tips we're broken** A: I am quite happy with the equipment i ordered. **Q: How much polishing compound do you get in ounces?** A: It cld be around 10.5oz.
