About Us Early Beginnings Creminelli Fine Meats was founded in 2007 by Cristiano Creminelli, Chris Bowler, and Jared Lynch. The Creminelli family has been in artisan meat and cheese for multiple generations, first as farm-steading producers and then as owners of Salumificio di Vigliano. Cristiano Creminelli’s maternal grandfather produced meat products, as well as served as the personal chef for General Pietro Badoglio, the Italian general who took over the government briefly after Benito Mussolini was deposed. Cristiano’s father took over Salumifico di Vigliano, which would become the family business in the 1970s. Early Beginnings - Continued Cristiano served as his father’s apprentice in his teens. He was put in charge of production in 1990 and was managing the all aspects of the business by 1996. Chris Bowler was working as an official liasion for the US Olympic Committee in Italy for the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics when he met Creminelli, who at the time was in the process of taking over the family business and looking to expand outside of his hometown of Biella, Italy. Bowler and Creminelli decided to establish Creminelli Fine Meats with Lynch in Salt Lake City. After moving to the US, the company was initially operating out of the basement of Tony Caputo’s Gourmet Food Market & Deli in downtown Salt Lake City. It relocated several times before moving into a 75,000-square-foot processing facility. The Goal From the outset, the goal of Creminelli Fine Meats has been to provide Americans with traditional Italian meat specialties, some of which weren’t otherwise available in the U.S. and many of which are available only on a regional basis in Italy. We hope to improve the selection of fine meats in the U.S. and in so doing provide exciting new culinary experiences for Americans.

Review: Amazing meat stick, delicious, even though I couldn’t taste whiskey distinctly - I bought this item from a livestream on desertcart. Creminelli is a brand I had seen/heard of in the store, but hadn’t seen them at the local grocery stores I shop at. I took a flyer and bought the product on desertcart, and it did not disappoint! The meat chub itself is wrapped in like this heavy duty meat wrap that has a nice almost chewiness and hardness to it. Inside, the meat is super tender and juicy. I couldn’t taste the whiskey too much, but it definitely was delicious. I chopped this up over the course of the week as a low carb, high protein dinner appetizer (honestly was tempted to eat the whole thing in a single sitting). Will definitely be buying again, and maybe adding to my Subscribe and Save list. Love this stuff, highly recommend for my meat lovers out there.

I bought this item from a livestream on Amazon. Creminelli is a brand I had seen/heard of in the store, but hadn’t seen them at the local grocery stores I shop at. I took a flyer and bought the product on Amazon, and it did not disappoint! The meat chub itself is wrapped in like this heavy duty meat wrap that has a nice almost chewiness and hardness to it. Inside, the meat is super tender and juicy. I couldn’t taste the whiskey too much, but it definitely was delicious. I chopped this up over the course of the week as a low carb, high protein dinner appetizer (honestly was tempted to eat the whole thing in a single sitting). Will definitely be buying again, and maybe adding to my Subscribe and Save list. Love this stuff, highly recommend for my meat lovers out there.

I would say this is the first salami that I found that beats boors head, and it much healthy for you. No ABs and grass fed. my only concern is that is was shipped in a regular Amazon envelope, no insulation with no ice pack. It should be kept cool. I will definitely order again it's just really good stuff but will order only in the winter when it is cooler and never in the summer. If the place was closer to me, I would drive there and pick up a case at a time.
