Effective & gentle. I use nightly due to corneal dystrophy and Sjögren’s dry eyes. I stopped for a while and my corneas & vision suffered. I need this stuff. I have a friendo who is an Ophthalmologist. He has dry eye and told me about this brand. It is a nice night time gel. Its a little lighter than my other favorite and I do swap between the 2. It is whiter when it goes in, but quickly turns clear.
