I had a coffee mug 1/3 filled up and I'm still really hungry. I guess I could make my own cereal just throwing those ingredients together. Taste - 1 star...nothing. Texture - not my favorite...mushy and it looks like the gray packing material inside padded envelopes. The seeds are healthy but they get stuck in the teeth and probably would be better ground up. Great idea. LOVE that these people are trying to move us forward to eat real food that is safe, but weighing the price for the tiny bag, taste, texture, I'll have a bowl of organic oatmeal and add organic raisins, chopped, toasted, almonds, and ground flax seeds. Sorry...really admire the company, but will not buy the product because when I finished my tiny cupful, I said "HOLY CRAP! It's hard to find something so balanced unless you make it yourself, and some weeks I just don't have that kind of time and patience. And it's actually a good price based on what's in there. If you were to make it up yourself, it would be harder to store larger the amounts of each item you'd have to buy, and you'd be paying about the same money proportionally, so this is a great option for us.We use it alone, in oatmeal or cereal, or on yogurt.
