I kind of thought this was maybe a little "extra", but since having a baby who's nails grow super fast and are sharp like falcon talons, this made a lot more sense. Also my baby is super wiggly, so it's hard to position a regular nail file just perfectly too. This solved all my nail trimming problems! I like that there are different pads/ files for each age. The pads are super soft and dont hurt my baby, yet somehow does a really good job of filing down the nails. There is even a pad for adults. Also there is a light that helps with seeing if you have a dark house like I do. And it doesnt take a very long time to do!
