**Q: will this fit a ipad**
A: Thank you for your interest. No, it will not fit an ipad. Please see the listed measurements and photos to help you understand the relative size of the mini locker.

**Q: Will books be able to fit in it?**
A: No it wont. My girls only use it to hang necklaces, and to put a small diary, (wallet size) and money. But a regular sized book won't be able to fit.

**Q: How do you lock it?**
A: It locks by putting the included lock through the latch on the door.

**Q: Would this locker fit a 13 inch laptop?**
A: No. Inside locker dimensions are approximately 4.25"w x 10.25"h with a 4.25" depth.

These little lockers are of high quality and look like the real thing. I purchased one in every color available for my extra large Barbie Doll house and they are the perfect size for Barbie. They would look adorable on any desk or shelf or even in a locker. They come with a lock and key but, you can purchase stick on magnets to put on them for more decoration. Highly recommend them.
