It does come shrink-wrapped, therefore it did have wrinkles from being tightly packed. This photo was taken as soon as I unpacked it and placed on the bed. The wrinkles didn't take long at all to disappear. The only thing I would change if I could is the pattern on the little accent pillow. I wish the stitched pattern would have been taken into consideration as it is off center but its not a deal breaker. With all that being said, I would definitely order again!
