**Q: Will the pen accept pilot namiki ic50 ink cartridges?**
A: Sorry I gave it as a gift.

**Q: Is this really a calligraphy nib or just a standard medium sized nib?  The description says one thing and there are pictures of both.**
A: It was a standard nib. Also the pen didn't last long -- the filler broke after a couple of months and I haven't been able to locate a replacement. Get something else.

**Q: I cannot seem to insert the cartridge so that it punctures.  There is no snap/click.  What am I doing wrong?**
A: Chances are you're using the wrong type of catridge. V-301 from zebra are a cheap and fast solution or just go with universal cartridges.

**Q: Just received mine, no directions.  How do I assemble it.**
A: You can swap the refillable cartridge for the disposable, it will only fit one way. The pen unscrews. Just hold below the tip and the base and it should unscrew rather easily.

The ink all leaked out of the pen within seconds of me putting the ink cartridge on it. Put the cartridge in, put the cap on let it sit for a second for the ink to flow into the nib. Took the cap off and there’s all the ink, it’s all over me, my desk and my carpet now. It filled the cap and I took the cap off and sat it down not knowing it was filled with ink.
