A: I don’t know for sure. If your old one has 2 power connections and one for a tube? Then maybe but I cannot guarantee it will

A: No it did not come with the hose, but my old hose worked fine

A: I think it will work with almost any as the are usually flush mounted to a flat surface, two spade electrical connections,  and a vacuum hose, no poblem in a pellpro or quadrafire

Have PelPro PP130 stove. Vacuum switch went out, and replaced with this one, working fine. (While waiting for switch, jumped wires going to switch with a copper wire to keep stove running. Keeps stove running but will not go into immediate shutdown mode if you run out of pellets, so make sure you keep it filled until you get replacement or you may end up with a house full of smoke smell).

My beloved Quadrafire Mt. Vernon pellet stove kept turning itself off last winter over Vaccum switch errors, and after some research, I decided to try installing it myself. The local repair shop quoted me a 6 week wait (in season) and over $400 to come out to repair it. I decided to try it myself and it was SO easy! Honestly, it took about 30 minutes, most of that time being trying to find a scewdriver :)  The left panel comes off and it is located right there, simply unscrew the old one and reconnect the new one. I also replaced the hose it was connected to at the same time (purchased a length of it from local hardware store for $1.53). Easy peasy!
