Review: Get it!!! - I received one of these belts for Christmas. I love it so much. It is a game changer for pain management. I recommend to my massage clients. Easy to use—the belt is a very versatile size and shape for using all over the body. My husband will be out of town soon, so I purchased another one so we could both have one. So effective!!!
Review: I fell and injured my hip and knee and this has helped a lot with pain reduction - UPDATE 2/19/25: Excellent Customer Service. Easy to reach and prompt response. Replacement for the broken USB connection part of the cord is on its way. Still alternating use on hips, knees, back and hand every day and it really makes a difference in my mobility. I am also on their waiting list for their red light therapy cap for thinning hair. UPDATE 2/16/2025: The red wire that connects to the USB broke. I will contact the co. and see what they say. Photo added. I have used this device every day since I got it in July 2024 and want to keep using it. The black plastic cover for the USB also broke apart. UPDATE 11/19/24: After 31 25-minute hip treatments I can walk as I did before my fall. It has also helped treat a 'trigger finger', still a little stiff but not 'catching' all the time and I can make a fist; I have only used it on my hand about 8 times so far; also helped reduce sharp pain at the bottom of my right thumb. I like the belt because I can double it and treat my hand on both sides. I use it somewhere every day. For me, it was well worth the cost. NOTE: I used this therapy method very soon, not after having a condition for years so if you are in the latter category, it may take many weeks of treatment 3-5 times a week for you to see results. A: Yes! You can set the automatic timer from 5 to 30 minutes.

**Q: How come a lot of the bulbs don't turn on, even when using combined mode?**
A: Since the LED Chips feature both Red and Invisible Near-Infrared Bulbs, you'll only ever see the red ones - Near-Infrared wavelengths aren't in the visible spectrum - the bulbs are working, even if you can't see them.

**Q: How do I keep my AllevaRed Pro clean?**
A: Always use the belt on clean skin. When needed, turn off the LEDs and wipe the belt down with a damp cloth. Never wash in the laundry machine.

**Q: Does the AllevaRed Pro heat the body?**
A: The operating temperature range of the belt is 32° F - 113° F. While you may feel some heat, the AllevaRed Pro doesn't feature far-infrared wavelengths and is not intended to produce sauna-like heat.

**Q: How often should I use the belt for optimal results?**
A: We recommend 20 to 30 minute sessions 3 to 5 times a week, depending on your wellness goals. Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes and wait several hours between sessions.

I received one of these belts for Christmas. I love it so much. It is a game changer for pain management. I recommend to my massage clients. ### ⭐ Disappointing

Product started out ok. Shortly after I purchased, the battery stopped charging properly. It takes many hours to charge, if it will even charge at all. Now the belt short circuits or cuts off if you touch it. It has to be completely flat or it will not work. If I try to put the belt on my body it immediately cuts off. This is the third LifePro product that I’ve purchased that has stopped working or arrived damaged. This will be my last purchase. While the company does seem to have good customer service, it does seem like their products are defective…as one of my products even came with a warning that if it was damaged to contact them and not leave a negative review. Really disappointed. Now I have to jump through all of their hoops once again to get either a replacement or a refund for this which I don’t think I can get a refund as I purchased it through Amazon. I did opt for the extended warranty, but we’ll see how this plays out. I purchased this product because it had good reviews. I would have rather spent more money for a product that actually works or that wouldn’t stop working almost immediately. LifePro sells subpar products. Don’t waste your time or money on this. It’s not the hassle.
