NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) ist eine wichtige Coenzym-Verbindung in unserem Körper, die an zahlreichen Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt ist. Es spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Energiegewinnung in unseren Zellen und ist auch an der DNA-Reparatur und der Regulation des zellulären Stoffwechsels beteiligt. Nicotinamid-Ribosid-Chlorid (NR) ist eine Form von Vitamin B3, die als NAD+-Vorläufer bezeichnet wird. Wenn NR in unserem Körper aufgenommen WIRD, kann es zu NADH umgewandelt werden. Einige Studien haben gezeigt, dass NR-Supplemente dazu beitragen können, den NADH-Spiegel im Körper zu erhöhen und dadurch potenziell einige altersbedingte Gesundheitsprobleme zu vermindern. Es gibt jedoch noch nicht genügend Langzeitstudien, um die Auswirkungen von NR-Supplementen zu bewerten. Selber kann ich hier definitiv sagen, dass nach langfristiger Einnahme, am besten dauerhaft man ganz sicher die Wirkung spürt vor allem im Bereich der kognitiven Leistung aber auch so im ganz normalen Alltag man wird später müde. Der Wirkstoff ist in Kapseln gefüllt, welche sich einfach öffnen lassen, um den Wirkstoff auch in ein Getränk einzurühren, besonders für Personen die Kapseln schlucken nicht gerne mögen. Im Foto sieht man einen Größen Vergleich zur bekannten Münze. Die Kapseln haben je 500 mg, und reichen bei einer Kapsel täglich 1 Monat, bei einem angenehmen Preis. Weil auch diese Kapseln die gleiche Wirkung zeigten, wie gleicher Wirkstoff eines anderen Hersteller, kann ich diese OVP von Hexagon Supplements als wirkungsvoll empfehlen und möchte hier gleich zu Anfang eine 5 Sterne Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.
