I bought the XL fits great! I still adjust the pull string to be a little bit tighter. But the band is forgiving and with the pull string you could lose weight and I'm sure it would still fit. Go with the large size. Hope this helps! **Q: My waist is 30 in. What size do you recommend?** A: The size chart for this item is as follows:Sizing WaistSmall 27-30"Medium 31-34"Large 35-38"X-Large 39-42"2X-Large 43-48" **Q: Does the cup come out of strap** A: The cup does come out of the strap, which makes it easy to clean. **Q: Is this cup our youth or adult?** A: Adult. We do have a Youth version available though. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unmatched Comfort and Protection *by A***R on April 20, 2026* This is hands down the best jockstrap and cup I’ve owned.
