Well constructed, easy to use, and plenty loud. I'm on conference calls all day long and after years of using Airpods, my ears started to get sore and wouldn't tolerate having anything in them anymore. Over the ear headphones also irritated my ears after back to back calls. This is SIGNIFICANTLY better than using built in laptop speakers. The only thing to be mindful of is that if the volume is cranked too high, I've had people report that they could hear a little echo, but not too bad. Dropping it down a little resolved that issue.
