I thought it would be full to the brim of recipes but most of the book is filled with 'meet the vegan' kind of thing. Just pictures of random people and info about them, why would I want that??? The recipes don't actually start until page 139!!! :-/ I've added a picture, so you can see how thick this book is but where the actual recipes start, it's kinda ridiculous really. It is full of information though, if your just starting out vegan and have 0 info on the subject at all, or what it means, or why people go vegan, then I guess this book is useful but if you already know all the info and are looking for a nice recipe book, this just doesn't fit the bill to me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT!!!!!! *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 January 2013* I absolutely love this book! It's fun and inspiring and this is the book that 100% convinced me to go vegan. Unlike other vegan books it doesn't dwell on the animal cruelty side of things that I find upsetting. It has a much more positive outlook which I love on how to live a vegan life :) Every area of life is touched upon from clothes and cosmetics to food and it includes some great recipes. There are also profiles of vegan bloggers and businesses from around the world. I love this book and have read it several times. The cover looked fantastic, and it's got some great spreads etc in it. But to me the reading experience was ruined a bit by the lack of structure.
