## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi please can you tell me the depth of this bowl... I am looking for a shallow one?**
A: I bought the small size for a friend so I don't have it to measure, but I have the extra small size and the depth inside the bowl is about 32mm. From what I remember the small wasn't much higher, so I'd guess probably no deeper than 40mm if that helps.

**Q: What is the coating made of?**
A: Not sure: it looks like some sort of glazing. I was iffy about purchasing this because of all the people saying the coating would come off, but I have been using it -and washing it four times a day- and it still looks brand new. We love it! As soon as our puppy needs a bigger bowl, I will get one of these in a larger size. I definitely recommend it!

**Q: Is this dishwasher or not? The label says handwash only**
A: Hi
Yes they are dishwasher safe....our own bowls are still 100% condition
Pet Truck Ltd

**Q: Can anyone tell me how wide an x-small bowl is at the bottom? (I want it to fit into the tray we are using.) Thanks.**
A: Hi there, the bottom of the base for XS L Bol is 10cm.
Let me know if you need any further help! ;)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleased
*by E***Y on 6 July 2026*

Very pleased. Good, solid, non-slip bowl. Medium is suitable for a Jack Russell

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good
*by K***E on 19 June 2026*

Great for the price. Easy to clean and very durable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wrong colour/style supplied!!
*by J***Y on 29 July 2026*

Seems to be good quality, depth/size as expected. It’s suitable for my dogs as a water bowl like intended but the colour/style is not what I ordered which is disappointing. The bowl that was delivered wasn’t even an option to order. The pattern design isn’t the same but I suppose a bowl is just a bowl. I’ll attach a picture of the bowl I ordered and the one I received.
