It's gorgeous hair and I haven't had any issues with shedding or overly frizziness as far as the black hair is concerned. I'm natural and I have extremely thick mid back 4c long hair so I wanted something to mimic my own fro. The curls are a bit too defined but it's ok since I'm only wearing this as a winter protective style. My one disappointment with this hair is the red/burgundy hair is extremely frizzy and gets tangled easily. I'm not sure if it's due to the difference in texture as a result of being color treated but I don't recommend anyone purchasing it if they want a hassle free hairstyle.
