I had never really heard of it before (except for making jelly) and I didn't know what to expect. I was relieved to find that it tastes really good like a refreshing limeade. Be careful scooping it out of the jar. If you spill the power on the rim or countertop it is a mess to clean up. I have found that the powder dissolves better when you only ad a small amount of water to a full scoop of powder. Add the remaining water after the powder is dissolved to avoid lumps.
