**Q: What does it taste like?**
A: Either I got a different flavor or these people weren’t truthful. It does NOT taste like vanilla, it tastes like a really strong chai tea. I tried it before attempting to give it to my 2-year-old and had a hard time with the flavor. Luckily I figured out that it blends really well with iced green tea, so I made a 1:1 solution in a separate dropper bottle, shook it up, and gave my daughter 2x the amount of liquid it calls for to make sure she got a full dose. It still doesn’t taste wonderful that way, but she at least got it down with minor shivering.

TLDR: If you plan to give it straight from the bottle, I suggest tasting it first so you understand if your kid throws a fit when you give it to them like that.

**Q: What is the suggested time to give prior to nap/bed?**
A: I give it early morning, if you need to twice a day its ok to give around dinner time.

I usually don’t believe in magic drops but these are magic. You need to take them for a few days but my children started taking this one, sleep, focus and happy and I’ve noticed a HUGE change in their behavior and how they act towards one another. As a mama of 4 I will take anything I can get if I get less fighting and screaming! The quality of the product is great, made of glass and it’s mixed in with a beverage so they don’t taste it to much. I’ve seen the effectiveness of it. Kids don’t have as many angry outbursts, muchhhh less fighting with one another, they can do a little better/more in school without me holding their had the entire time (they are more focused and understanding), and they are sleeping much better. My son who’s almost 3 was climbing into my bed daily and he’s back to sleeping in crib more often! 👏
