Until a person sits on it.** A: It self-seals. **Q: How do u inflate it? I am having a hard time figuring this out** A: Put the straw in the nexk. Blow to inflate. Remove straw. **Q: Can you blow this up by mouth without damaging it?** A: Yes of course. You pinch the blow hole and that is how you fill it. You don't use a pump.
