Hair slides around the barrel easily, no tangling. Hair doesn't get caught on the barrel or handle like with other brushes I have used. Handle has good grip. Because hair slides so easily this may not work great for someone with curly hair trying to straighten.

This is a really good round brush. I would recommend it. I wish it did have more bristles on it so it could grab just a little more hair but not a big deal. It is super durable and light weight as well. So it is not difficult to use at all. For the price, I think it is really worth it.
