I have a smaller one that works well and I wanted another. This one is bigger, and I can fit a few supplements in the compartments in addition to my 5 different meds. I love it and plan on buying another. The zippered pocket is flat. The zipper is crooked. The pocket is functional, but I don’t know what I would use it for. There is a piece of elastic that will hold the pill box in the case. The pillbox is easy to remove from under the elastic, but the meds can be dispensed without removing [the pillbox] from the case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like the colors *by C***N on December 5, 2017* Received this quickly. Easy to open and I like the bigger pill case. I have several fashion pill box case holders. They use to sell them at walmart for like $5. Apparently they stopped selling them. I got one on animal rescue site too. But I have purchased this brand before off amazon also. Though last time the material was a little different. That is my only complaint is the material is like a silky material it feels like it may not possibly hold up as well as my others. Hopefully I am wrong. Other wise I do like it. The color is actually pretty. I got the blue and yellow squiggly design one. The plastic pill case, however, broke the first use. My "Mon" and "Tues" lids are no longer connected to the case.
