I’ve been taking them before I get into bed and then I read for 30 mins. I went through a spell of waking up and struggling to actually fall asleep again, but these seem to help me get back into a natural rhythm quite easily. I wake up and feel like I’ve actually had a decent sleep and that I’m not tired! Review: Works, but at what cost? - Incredibly effective, always puts me straight to sleep.
