So, at least with this brand, you know what you are getting, it is a decent amount, although my jar, was 10 percent missing. Perhaps they just didn't want to fill my particular jar to the top that day.If you are used to the barkier taste of cassia you might be surprised by the sweetness by ceylon cinnamon. It does taste different, I actually prefer cassia, but because of the "issues" with it, it is safer to eat ceylon, especially if you are consuming it in large quantities.Bottom line--it tastes sweet, but still like cinnamon, and it is better for you than shop bought mysterious brown powder in a little tiny container. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and sweet *by E***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2020* I have never tried "real" cinnamon before, as it is called, but I can tell teh difference right away with the common one we always buy from supermarkets.
