Usually after an hour of wear, my eyes become red, itchy and sore and it's something I've dealt with for years. Previous mascaras have either caused a reaction or the quality isn't great.The COVERGIRL mascara, however, is a new staple in my make-up bag. I've worn this for 8+ hours at work and even (shock horror) slept with on and my eyes were perfectly fine. Not a single bit of redness, itchiness or soreness. Because of this mascara my eyelashes are starting to grow back properly (they would often fall out or snap from the excessive rubbing from the irritation) and it is very reasonably priced.I would give this a solid 4.5 stars. The only thing I feel like this mascara is missing is, even though it works great and stays on all day, it doesn't enhance the appearance of the lashes like some mascaras do and I miss that element, however, that's just a picky comment.
