Specifically the demonic section with the big UFO tie-in (which can be addressed, because "unidentified" is a reason) especially with all the people standing around with the big "S" stamped in their foreheads.Secondly, the bushwa about "pets in heaven". Seriously. That is a question for small children, not for adults. Will our pets be in heaven? If it is for the glory of God, then yes they will. It does not need the convoluted exposition given here. It's why Kingstone Comics created this weighty assembly of illustrations that addresses tough questions, such as where Cain got his wife, what the Bible says about dinosaurs, and whether or not aliens are mentioned in the Bible. Of some controversy are at least two of the themes: where was Jesus for the three days during his resurrection, and what happens to people right after death.It's because of those latter two matters that it's difficult to recommend this resource "as is." The author doesn't fairly explain that some of what he says is a best guess or denominational conclusion versus other matters that a clear Scripture can be found. The illustrations are likewise powerful, but several would be gory and disturbing for pre-teens. There is even a panel where a pastor is shown to not necessarily know what he's talking about, which may be true or may end up casting doubt on how readers view the spiritual authority figures in their lives.If you're looking for something more solid, I'd suggest the Action Bible by Doug Mauss and Sergio Cariello.
