I can definitely feel that I’m wearing it on my walks, and even though I’ve only used it about five times this past week, I already notice a difference. I feel it in my neck and shoulders as well, which is expected when carrying extra weight on the upper body. It also seems to be helping with my posture, as it naturally pulls my shoulders back, which is a bonus. The only downside so far is that I’ve developed a rash around my neck and shoulders since I started wearing it, and I’m still trying to figure out what’s causing that.
