But, like suggested, I put it in the fridge and it gets about as thick as the date syrup if you have had that. But the flavor???? Out of this world. I taste the coconut, I taste the caramel, I taste the dates a bit on the back end of the flavor but this is really hard to believe it does not have other sugar. I highly recommend for Whole 30, or anyone who wants healthier sugar in their life.
