I like the idea behind the product and hope it will clean the air of an especially polluted part of my home.I will say that I wish the instructions for setting it up were a bit more thorough. I didn't realize that the plastic stick is supposed to bob in the water to let you know how full the water resevoir is. I had it in my head that you were supposed to pull the plastic stick out like how you check for oil. Needless to say, I over-filled the resevoir and created a huge watery mess. Also, make sure you set it up EXACTLY where you want it because it isn't easily transportable like other flower pots. To plant you must remove the inner pot, this was difficult to do and resulted in the rings seen on the bottom coming off. When trying to reassemble after planting the plant in the inner pot, the inner pot will not lock in to the base, so when trying to lift the pot it simply comes back apart. The outer shroud also does not lock into place so it sits unevenly and "droops". Lastly the water gauge is not very accurate. I don't see any design issue that would cause it too leak, unless you overfill or fill the reservoir as well as the dirt itself.Finding the right plant was a bit of a challenge at the home store. Most of the plants are labeled "house plant" lol.
