## Description

The JessEm Rout-R-Lift II has all the same great features as our Mast-R-Lift II but at a price we know you will appreciate. This lift is made out of aluminum with a phenolic top plate. The Rout-R-Lift II comes in 5 different styles depending on the router and router diameter you plan to use. This model is designed for use with Porter Cable 690/890, DW 610/616/618, Bosch 1617/1618, or any other routers with 3.5" diameter motors. Double-Sealed Ball Bearing Construction Thanks to the a double sealed bearing to the spindle, the Rout-R-Lift II can smoothly raise and lower your motor with ease. Bearing the Tension of the Lift The shafts on the Rout-R-Lift II, like all the Router Lifts, are pressed into a shaft mount with hydraulic pressure. The shafts are attached to the top plate and fasten in place with more than one screw spreading the lateral load and providing a very rigid and durable mount that will withstand the toughest routing operations. Sturdy Construction All the machined components on the Rout-R-Lift II are CNC machined for durability. No Bent Wrenches The bits can be easily changed from above the table without the need for bent wrenches. Review: Amazing router lift !! - Built myself an outfeed/assembly table with T-track all over it and decided that I needed a router lift in one end of the table that can drop out of the way when I was assembling things and stuff. This lift by JessEm is really nice and easy to use. Now, installing it into a blank table with no hole already cut is a little challenging if you aren't up to it but if you can make yourself a template then you can get it done easily enough. You can purchase templates online but they are expensive and really a one use item unless you decide to make a new bench later on and want to move your lift. So, just make your own template, there are plenty of videos out there that show you how to do it and how to install the lift as well. I have an older Craftsman router that I'm using in it and it holds solid with no slipping issues. I can leave a bit in the router and drop it all below the surface of my work table and then just bring it up when I'm ready to use it. It locks in place simply and I've not seen any movement once it's locked. It will raise up high enough to access the spindle lock and collet nut for changing bits. And finally it just looks really nice. JessEm makes a quality product and you will have to pay for it. But in my personal opinion, it is well worth it if you spend any amount of time with your router table.

Precision height adjustments are a breeze with the supplied hex-key crank and I really like the friction lock that secures the set-up so you can work for hours without things slipping out of adjustment. I purchased the optional insert ring assortment and I like having exactly the right insert ring for the bit I'm using. I chose this unit based on the good reviews it got from a woodworker's magazine. It is the least expensive of the readily available router lifts and, IMO, that makes it an excellent value. I couldn't be more pleased.

**Q: will this fit a saw stop router table?**
A: I don't know about the Saw Stop router table.  I measured the JessEm and the insert size is:  11-11/16" X 9-3/16".  So if the cut-out size in the Saw Stop table is 11-3/4" X 9-3/4", it should fit.  Hope that helps.

**Q: Can this attach to either a bosch pr20e router or a ryobi r163?  and will the plate fit the bosch ra1171router table?**
A: This router lift fits the router at the barrel of the router .
The ad should tell you the diameter that it fit.
It is adjustable. Measure the diameter of the router barrel (the motor). I have a Porter Cable router with a 3 1/2" barrel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This router lift is amazing!

I love this router lift! It was pretty easy to install, but I would recommend watching some youtube videos to get some ideas on how to make a template for it.... I love that it comes with the different size inserts to adjust for different bits. I made a router table, and this is the perfect addition. I have started making cabinet doors and raised panel doors which use a huge bit. This router lift made it so easy to micro adjust so I wasn't taking too much material out at once. I did realize afterwards that I needed to purchase an additional router to use since my primary router would be in the lift and I did not want to have to remove it after it was installed. Would highly recommend!
