**Q: Are the three supporting plastic plates very rigid? Are you able to bend the elbow slightly while wearing it? How much degree of freedom?**
A: I had this on very tightly and I could move my arm a few degrees max. If I loosened it I could probably move my arm maybe up to 15 degrees? Almost no freedom at all.

Yo lo compre porque al doblar el codo se me entumían mis dedos de las manos, y me recomendaron usar uno para reducir ese dolor. Y si funciono de maravilla, está hecho de buen material, para nada me queda ajustado, es más, puedes hacerlo más grande o pequeño depende tu preferencia. Algo que había visto de otros productos es que los metales que se encuentran en los lados se salían o se movían, para nada eso sucede con este, y no se me mueve al dormir.
